When your Pet is Unwell or has an Accident
It can be a worrying time when you pet is unwell or has an accident. Our vets are very experienced and will examine your pet carefully to make a diagnosis and suggest an appropriate treatment.
If you’re unsure about what to do you can ask for advice using our Free Advice Service. During clinic hours ring us on 01772 701432 and we’ll let you know if we think that you need to bring your pet into the clinic. Alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we’ll answer your query as soon as we can.
Of course emergencies can happen at any time and for this we have an emergency out of hours service staffed by local vets on a rota system. Please see Emergency Help for more information.
Whilst many problems can be diagnosed with a thorough examination we can also perform a variety of specialized investigative procedures from an ECG - an electrical tracing of your pet's heart to ultrasound examinations to X-rays and to the whole range of laboratory tests. The best that veterinary medicine can offer! In the vast majority of cases we will handle treatment ourselves but can we can also organise a referral to veterinary specialist if that proves necessary.
